What Determines the Cost of Lipoplasty
As a general rule, the more body fat you have liposuctioned, the more you pay. That said, lipoplasty charges may be based on volume of fat suctioned, specific areas suctioned, number of areas from which the fatty tissue is suctioned, or time spent suctioning. Fees for liposculpture can vary from $2000-8000 for a single liposuction session, to as much as $12,000-20,000 for multiple sessions.
Liposuction Fees - Quick Estimate

Is Liposuction Covered by Health Insurance?
Liposuction surgery is not generally covered by health insurance. Because liposuction is considered to be a cosmetic surgical procedure, it is not covered by medical insurance unless it has some therapeutic - meaning "medical" - benefit.
