Cellulite Reduction Treatment
Cellulite is the dimpled-looking fat that often appears on the buttocks,
thighs and hips. Although no cosmetic surgery can eradicate this problem,
plastic surgeons are exploring new techniques to reduce the orange-peel
skin condition. One method is to cut the fibrous tissue that may be trapping
the problem fat, and then introduce fat from elsewhere in the body to
smooth out the skin surface. See Liposuction

Chemical Peel (Phenol and Trichloroacetic Acid)
This cosmetic surgical procedure uses a chemical solution to peel away
skin's top layers in order to restore wrinkled, blemished, unevenly pigmented,
or sun-damaged facial skin.
Chin Augmentation (Mentoplasty, Genioplasty)
This cosmetic surgery operation can enhance the appearance of a receding
chin by either moving the chinbone and wiring it into position, or by
inserting an implant through an incision inside the mouth, between the
lower lip and the gum.
Collagen Injections
A cosmetic surgery operation designed to plump up creased, furrowed, or
sunken facial skin, and add fullness to lips.
Dermabrasion
Involves scraping of the top layers of skin to remove fine wrinkles and/or
scars on the skin. Dermabrasion employs a high-speed brush or diamond-coated
discto to remove the top layer of skin. The level of skin that is surgically
sloughed is determined by the depth of the scars and the degree of wrinkling.
Dermaplaning
This is a cosmetic surgery procedure to reduce deep acne scars with a
dermatome, an instrument like an electric razor with an oscillating blade
that removes the surface layers of skin surrounding the facial defects.
Ear Surgery (Otoplasty)
A common cosmetic procedure performed to treat protruding or prominent
ears.
