Since its inception in 1997 the surgical team has performed more than 4,000 surgical procedures.
At St. Vincent Charity Hospital’s Cleveland Center for Bariatric Surgery (CCBS), surgeons perform the Roux-en-Y gastric bypass procedure — the only procedure endorsed by the National Institutes of Health for long-term effectiveness.

Laparoscopic, or Minimally Invasive, Surgery
